Italy has been...silent, so to day. Although you see him roaming about in the streets, something just seems entirely off about him. He isn't frowning, he isn't yelling at anyone who might have knocked into him; he doesn't even react. All he does is stroll into areas unknown to you, because you find yourself distracted by other things.
Like the fact it's New Years! It's 1 hour till midnight where the year 2013 comes into place, bringing the time to 11:00pm sharp. Italians are gathering around for the huge fireworks display that'll be booming when the time comes, and many are already deciding their New Years resolution. You've heard that in the past few years Italy's fireworks have been a thing to come and watch for New Years, and that's why you're there.

He comes to work for you for however long until he pays back the money he owes you. With that plan in mind, they accepted and ordered the 2P to get ready to work for you.
But being the hassle he is, he's disagreed to it and completely ignored the deal you made with his boss. However with much force and a couple of tranquilizer darts, he was dressed and shoved up to your front door.
Scowling, he knocked and adjusted his bow that he had no choice to wear with his outfit.
